– ACT260103A (In-person*): Face-to-Face @HKU Faculty of Law, Cheng Yu Tung Tower, Centennial Campus, Pok Fu Lam Road for students studying in Hong Kong.
– ACT260103B (Online^): For students studying outside Hong Kong.
Programme Overview:
The Faculty of Law Month – HKU Legal Academy Student Chapter is a three‑part engagement series designed to spark secondary school students’ interest in legal studies and strengthen their commitment to the discipline. Held across three Saturdays in March and April 2026, the series brings together professors, legal practitioners, and current HKU Law students to share insights into contemporary legal topics, effective study strategies, and diverse career pathways. Each session features a mix of mini lectures, practitioner conversations, and student panels, offering participants an immersive experience of the study and practice of law.
Learning Outcomes:
- Gain exposure to contemporary legal topics taught by HKU Law professors, strengthening your interest in pursuing law at university.
- Hear firsthand perspectives from legal practitioners, community leaders, and current HKU Law students.
- Build confidence for future legal studies and gain insight into how law shapes communities, professions, and society.

*Programme Attendance Policies for ACT260103A (In-person Mode):
Students are strongly encouraged to attend ALL classes on time for the duration of the Programme. Please note that according to the University’s attendance and absenteeism policy, participants must attend a minimum of two sessions to qualify for a digital certificate. Certificates will be issued only to participants who successfully register under ACT260103A (In-person mode) and meet the attendance requirement.
^Important Notes for ACT260103B (Online Mode):
ACT260103B (Online Mode) is only for students who are not currently studying in Hong Kong. Please note that no certificates will be issued to online participants.
