Is it ok not to be ok?

As an elite student, work, deadlines and exams can be extremely stressful and take a huge toll on your mental health. Do you have healthy methods to help manage and reduce your stress and anxiety levels? Pausing and thinking about ways to refresh the mind and body, as well as relieving stress are key aspects in excelling academically and in everyday life.

The University of Hong Kong - Academy for the Talented has invited Dr. Chan Kai Tai, Clinical Associate Professor, Department of Psychiatry at the University of Hong Kong to give us a talk on ways for recognising and managing stress and anxiety.
